The title is designed to inform and assist mine management with decisions on mining techniques and technologies, as well as issues affecting their workforce, logistics and supply chains.

Beth McLoughlin, Editor
Beth McLoughlin joined Mining Magazine as editor in May 2024. A former foreign correspondent in Brazil, she was previously editor of Accountancy Age and Online Editor of Petroleum Economist. Beth, who has a BA Hons in English Literature, has more than two decades' experience in journalism and recently completed a data analytics qualification.
James Stent, Deputy editor
James Stent joined Mining Magazine as deputy editor in October 2024 from Chemist+Druggist. He previously worked as senior reporter and consultant editor at GroundUp, a South African human rights-focused news agency, and as a researcher at the activist group UniteBehind and the think tank Good Governance Africa.
Munira Rajkotwalla, Senior reporter
Munira Rajkotwalla is Mining Magazine's senior reporter, with a particular interest in critical minerals, Asia, and the Middle East. She holds a BA from Cambridge University and an MSc from the London School of Economics. She has previously worked at the United Nations and Financial Times. Currently based in London, she originally hails from the UAE and India.
