Accessing the website and reading the Magazine

Q: How do I access the website

A: Mining Magazine's website is available at www.miningmagazine.com. To access content, you will need the username and password you set up when you signed up for your subscription.

If you can't remember your username and password, click the "Log In" box anywhere on the website, and then click "Forgot password?". We'll then send you a link where you can reset your password.

Alternatively, you can send an email to our customer service team subscriptions@aspermont.com.


Q: When and how do I receive the magazine?

A: The magazine can be read in your Desktop Web Browser, on your Tablet Device or on your Smartphone, or as a print copy sent to an address of your choice.

You will need a subscription package including the 'Magazine' option to get the magazine, whether on desktop, tablet, smartphone or in print.

To access the magazine in your Desktop Web Browser, visit https://www.miningmagazine.com/category/emagazine/issues.

To access the magazine in your Desktop Web Browser, or using a Tablet or Smartphone you will need the username and password you set up when you signed up for your subscription.

Q: I would like to subscribe to Mining Magazine

A: To subscribe to MiningMagazine.com, you can either;

Visit www.miningmagazine.com/subscribe, select your preferred package and make a secure payment online

Contact the subscription department through our switchboard on +44 (0) 208 187 2330 or email subscriptions@aspermont.com.

You will then be sent a confirmation of your order. If you specifically require an invoice or a receipt please request this from customer service or when you submit your order.

Q: I would like to renew my Mining Magazine subscription

A: To renew your subscription to MiningMagazine.com, please contact the subscription department through our switchboard on +44 (0) 208 187 2330 or email subscriptions@aspermont.com quoting your subscriber number and account name.


 Q: I would like to purchase single/back issues of Mining Magazine

A: Please contact the subscriptions team at subscriptions@aspermont.com for more information.

Q: I cannot login to my account or have forgotten my login details.

A: Your username is your email address. If you have forgotten your password you can easily reset your password by clicking the forgotten password link on the login page.

Ensuring you get Mining Magazine subscriber emails

If you are not receiving editorial newsletters, we have prepared a list of steps to help resolve the problem.

If you cannot action these steps yourself, you may need the support of your IT department or email service provider (for example, Microsoft, Google or Yahoo).


Add us to your email application's Contacts list

Add us to your list of contacts in your email application. This contact list could be called Sender, Contacts or Address Book.

In Microsoft Outlook, the Contact list can be found under the Message menu. Navigate to Message >> Sender >> Add to Contacts.

Contact Lists may be titled differently and located in different menus in different email applications.

Add us to your email application's Safe Senders list

Use your email client's Junk Email option to ensure our emails are never marked as spam.

In Microsoft Outlook, do this by right-clicking one of our emails in your message list, opening Junk menu and choosing the ‘Never Block Sender' option.

The option to ensure an email from a sender is never marked as junk may be titled differently and located in different menus in different email applications.

Whitelist our Email Sending email addresses and domains

Please add the dedicated domains we use to send editorial newsletters to your domain whitelist.

The following domains should be added to your sending domain whitelist:

  • mail.newsletters-miningmagazine.com
  • newsletters-miningmagazine.com
