Jennmar acquires Heintzmann USA

Jennmar, and its affiliate company Jennchem, have purchased Heintzmann Corp USA

PRESS RELEASE: Tony Calandra, executive vice president for Jennmar, stated: "We at Jennmar and Jennchem are excited to integrate Heintzmann's full line of steel supports and chemical products into our portfolio."

Heintzmann's steel supports include beams, props, longwall support hardware, lattice girders and arch supports. These products will continue to be manufactured at the same plant in Cedar Bluff as they are incorporated into the Jennmar Virginia portfolio, and sold by Jennmar Specialty Products. Heintzmann's chemical support and roadway repair products will be folded into Jennchem's offerings.

John Breedlove, president of Heintzmann, will act as general manager of the newly acquired Heintzmann facility at Cedar Bluff. For the immediate future, all operations of the facility will continue as normal and current customers and vendors will be notified of any changes in the coming weeks.
