The deal was first announced October 12 and was officially completed in November.

Headquartered in Doncaster, UK, with offices in the UK, Canada and the US, Alan Auld Group is a global provider of specialised engineering design and construction services for underground structures and is recognised for its expertise in deep shafts and tunnels.
It had its beginnings serving the mining sector in the design of mine shafts and has been involved in the design of many of the complex mine shafts sunk around the world in the past 20 years.
No financial details for the deal were released.
