Calandra closes deal for Classic Conveyor

Transaction signed off after two months

The deal was consummated April 30 and Classic's addition to the JM Conveyor team was effective May 1.

Frank Calandra and Calandra Group president Tony Calandra said that the acquisition adds the capacity the company was looking for relating to longwall mining conveyance in the northeastern US.

Jennmar's other affiliates include J-Lok, Jennchem, Keystone Mining Services, Jennmar Specialty Products and JM Steel.

Classic Conveyor was previously under the umbrella of Fenner Dunlop Americas.
