The company, which has been targeting growth in the region, identified the customer of the Argus Hydraulic Monitoring Systems only as a Northern Territories diamond mine.
The two systems sold should be in operation by November.
MineWare CEO Jason Fisher said MineWare started in North America with the first sales of its Pegasys dragline monitoring system in 2011. Since launching the Argus Electric and Argus Hydraulic monitoring systems, it has seen a year-on-year growth of 18% or more.
"The North American market knows real-time productivity information goes beyond dragline operations, extending to other ground engaging equipment such as hydraulic excavators, electric rope shovels and wheel loaders," he said.
"The interoperable nature of our systems means mines can use and share the data collected to make better decisions across the entire value chain."
In all, MineWare supports more than 380 systems across more than 130 surface mining operations worldwide.
As of 2017, MineWare has been under the umbrella of Komatsu Technology.
