Fusion Modular Platforms, which are ready to build on-site, allow for customization options for specific operations.

While the Minnesota-based group is still working on more designs for the plant package catalog, it said that some examples available to projects will be jaw, cone and impact crushing platforms, horizontal screening platforms with two, three and four deck models, and a group of traditional washing and modern low-water washing platforms.

Pre-engineering allows for earlier commissioning, Superior said, and is also more cost-effective for customers than design-build options. They will integrate well into already existing plant elements, and the packaging of the plants will reduce shipping needs to get the unit to the site.

"Our plant designs are scalable and easily expand with a developing customer site," product manager Mark Crooks said, adding that producers can expand as application needs change and finances allow.

"Overwhelmingly, our customers said they want scalability and flexibility in these modular offerings. Therefore, as we developed our strategy, we ensured flexibility from top to bottom, convenient installation or dismantling and seamless integration with Superior crushing, screening, washing and conveying machinery."
