RPM partnership agreement with Maintex

AMT is used to manage or track large mobile mining equipment

Under this business partnership agreement, Maintex will act as a reseller of RPM’s Asset Management product, AMT, as well as providing implementation services and consulting advice in the Russian and CIS regions.

Based in St Petersburg, Maintex will work with RPM’s regional and global teams to meet the asset management needs of the Russian and CIS regions. In partnering with RPM, Maintex stated that it will build upon its expert knowledge and experience of these mining environments with RPM’s asset management solution, AMT.

Richard Mathews, CEO and managing director at RPM, said: “Partnering with Maintex is a logical next step in expanding our relationship with the OMEGALLIANCE group and the Russian and CIS regions. Maintex are proven experts in the maintenance field and understand the unique requirements of the Russian market.

“Maintex has a solid reputation for serving the mining industry in Russia and CIS and has strong relationships in these regions. Together with Maintex’s industry and local knowledge and RPM’s AMT solution, we hope to build on these relationships.”

This agreement takes effect immediately.
