The contract deal, worth A$250,000 (US$168,000) in year one, commences immediately and will implement the software as a service solution (SaaS).
Glencore did not indicate which specific mines would be benefitting from the installations, but did note 56 sites in seven countries were included.
Under the transaction terms, the contract can be renewed yearly.
"Glencore is a top five global miner, and being able to implement a SaaS contract with Glencore Canada is a testament to the suitability of the RCubed software solution for resources and reserve reporting at an enterprise scale," K2F CCO Nic Pollock said.
K2fly acquired RCubed just two months ago; it currently serves over 200 operations in 35 countries.
