Construction works for the contract, which carries a value of A$55 million (US$37 million), will commence in the June quarter.
The contract scope covers a fixed plant workshop with amenities and office buildings; a heavy vehicle diesel storage and refuelling facility; two remote facility buildings with offices, ablutions and crib rooms; and an ammonium nitrate and emulsion storage facility and explosives compound.
Kerman managing director Chris Kerman said the award built on its other successful work in the region.
"We are excited about the opportunity to work with Mondium at the Western Turner Syncline 2 project and looking forward to building a strong and lasting business relationship with Mondium," he said.
Mondium, which was awarded a A$400 million construction deal with Rio Tinto last month, is a joint venture of Monadelphous and Lycopodium.
The US$749 million WTS2 iron ore project is projected to deliver first ore next year. It is part of Rio Tinto's Greater Tom Price operations in the Pilbara.
