	Phil Domm, Maxam Mining Group Regional Manager (East), Maxam Tire North America Phil Domm Joined the MAXAM Tire in April of 2020 as the Mining Account Manager for the Southeast and Central states, responsible for all mining tire sales for surface and underground. Phil came to MAXAM Tire after spending 15 years with Michelin OTR and Giant mining tire groups. He has held multiple roles as earthmover sales manager, mine site account manager and global mining account manager. Phil has worked with and visited mines sites all over the US and Canadian markets. He has also worked with global mining customers and their operations in Australia, South America, Africa and the Dominican Republic. Phil has also managed OTR tire tracking systems. Phil enjoys the technical side of this industry and the challenges that come. Phil has a BA degree from the University of Utah and resides in Greenville, SC with his daughter.

	Brad Maesner, Maxam Mining Group Regional Manager (Northwest), Maxam Tire North America Brad Maesner the MAXAM Mining Group in February of 2020 as the Mining Account Manager for the Northwestern states, responsible for all mining tire sales for surface and underground. Brad comes to MAXAM Tire after multiple roles as earthmover sales manager, mine account manager and tire manager for companies such as Michelin, Barrick Gold Mines and Les Schwab Tires. With years of experience, Brad has worked with and visited mines sites all over the US markets and provided valuable solutions to help maximize operations productivity. Outside of work, Brad is an avid fisherman and enjoys spending time on the water with his wife.
