Astec Industries has acquired concrete batch manufacturer RexCon in a US$26 million cash deal

Astec did not reveal the timeline for the deal’s closure, or how branding for the newly acquired company’s line will be managed going forward.

Astec Industries’ aggregate and mining group manufactures and markets a complete line of rocker breaker systems, rock crushers feeders, vibrating screens, conveyors, washing and classifying equipment for open-mine, underground mining, quarry operations and bulk material handling systems.
